Description
While modern Perplexus balls became popular in the 2000s, the original spherical marble labyrinth was invented by teacher Michael McGinnis in the late 70s. Early prototypes and hand-built models are extremely rare and collectible. Even early 2000s versions are now sought after. This 3D maze-in-a-sphere challenges dexterity and spatial reasoning in a way flat puzzles can’t. Fans love it for its addictive, gravity-based play and elegant design. Owning an early edition is like holding a kinetic sculpture with soul.
